UC Riverside Salton Sea Task Force

A golden sunset over a calm coastal landscape, with the sun reflecting on the water, distant mountains silhouetted against the horizon, and a rocky shoreline with shallow tide pools in the foreground.
A flock of seabirds flies low over the calm ocean, some gliding just above the water's surface, with sunlight sparkling across the waves beneath a clear horizon.
